Henry and his family graciously offered to host the fourh get together at the beautiful Ponderosa near St. Ignatious again. Relatives from Iowa, Minnesota, Indiana, Montana, North Dakota, Oregon, California, Arizonia, and Alaska attended. Once again some old faces were gone but new ones were there. We missed Edith's quiet manner and ready smile.
One of the delights at this get together was home made ice cream. YUM. YUM. Paul or Hank also served asguide for tours of the Mission Range wehere buffalo, deer, and other wild life roamed. Hank brought a rubber raft and most of the kids enjoyed floating down the creek. That seemed to have priority over everything else -- including eating.
At all three reunions at the Pnderosa, Henery led worship service on Sunday followed by group singing. So ended another gathering with plans underway for the next one two years down the road.
